I have to individually click on each mail and then go to delete and also I can not click on all of them or it says error on page

I accidently somehow checked the box to delete the bulk mail and not to show this screen again. How do I go back to make sure that the emails are not automatically deleted in the bulk? I’m not sure how this happened. But I do not want to auto delete the bulk after checking the messages.

I would like to know how to delete all my bulk/junk e-mail messages at one time. I have over 10,000 e-mail and I would like to delete them all. How do you do it? (
