I mistakenly deleted an e-mail that was delivered to my bulk e-mail folder and deleted it. Can I retrieve the e-mail?

I have over 150 bulk e-mail daily that I don’t want and have no need for. I use martha_mitchell2001@yahoo.com as my business e-mail. Which I have to use.

How do I block out the mail I get in the bulk section? I only check my Incoming mail. I do not want all the mail sent to bulk.
