Help says I can mark a Bulk email as NOT SPAM. When I select the msg. and then hit the MOVE icon nothing happens. I have changed my options to allow this but it doesn’t work for me.

Help says I can mark a Bulk email as NOT SPAM. When I select the msg. and then hit the MOVE icon nothing happens. I have changed my options to allow this but it doesn’t work for me.

You changed you options in you SPAM PROTECTION to move them to your inbox if you mark them as NOT SPAM then saved.
Then wen you check next to any message in your Bulk folder n click NOT SPAM thay should move into you inbox.
Or IF YOUR SURE THAY ARE NOT SPAM then open them n you will have that option to select NOT SPAM.
